"Dear Richard,

I am writing today as I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had with your company and employees.

The property I manage experienced a flood in one of our buildings due to the immediate melting of snow. With the ground still covered in ice and frozen, the water seeped into the six residential units within that building, displacing six families. The first tenant call was received at 1:30 PM. After quickly ascertaining the level of emergency, I began preparing for a resolution.

I contacted your company at approximately 4:30PM, when it became evident that this was not a job to be taken lightly. We utilized Archer for all of our carpet cleaning and repairing needs, so it was only natural to call your company when I was faced with this flooding delemma. I was advised when I phoned in that your team was already working on other flood emergencies and they would be dispatched to my property as soon as they were finished. At approximately 6PM the company trucks rolled in. The crew consisted of six employees and three trucks. It was a great sight to see your trucks roll in.

I briefly explained the situation and your employees assessed the area, quickly determined what needed to happen, and explained in detail what the plan and the requirements were of me and the tenants. They immediately took control of the situation and put me at ease with their explanation and level of professionalism. Once the crew began their clean up one of the employees went throught the paperwork with me. I felt so relieved to have them here and taking control of what needed to be done!

The crew helped to move furniture, tore up wet and damaged carpet pading, and hauled equipment into the units to start the drying process. The clean-up process continued until they had all the units under control. I knew from speaking with the office that they had left one job and came right over to my property, so I ordered pizza so everyone including my displaced tenants could eat dinner. The professionalism and calmness of your employees truly made me feel comfortable and reduced my level of stress immensely. I felt very confident that they knew what they had to do and they worked very hard and diligently to get the job done! I truly cannot say enough about how impressed I am with your level of customer service.

I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I believe that it is "service" that separates the "best" from the "normal". Your employees are being recognized as the "best" for their performance at this property during this disaster.

For the full week, employees were here early every day taking the readings in the units, updating me with status reports, and allowing me to communicate effectively with my displaced tenants allowing me to assure them that we were working as quickly as possible to resolve the dilemma and get them back into their homes.

When the carpet padding needed to be replaced, the office coordinated the replacement effort with a contractor and took care of the scheduling, costs, etc. Everything with the job went smoothly and efficently, allowing my tenants to get back into their homes before the weekend, which was my ultimate goal.

Your employees are to be commended for their professionalism and exceptional customer service! I truly cannot say enough about this wonderful experience! Kudos' on a job very well done!

With sincere thanks, I want to commend you and your team on the excellent job Archer performed on the restoration of our lake home on Bone Lake following a major water pipe break in December, 20xx.

From the time I contacted your office on a Sunday morning until you showed up at my cabin was no more than 2 hours. Upon entering our home, you clearly took control of the situation explaining to me the actions necessary to remedy the water damage which as you know was quite substantial. I felt immediate relief when you came prepared with analysis instruments, gauges, etc. and an action plan than made clear sense to me.

Throughout the tear down and reconstruction process, you helped guide us through a disaster that we have never had to deal with before. Communication was excellent with the home office, insurance matters were handled professionally by Archer and all matters were dealt with in a fair and equitable manner.

My project lead, Gene, was _thorough and detailed orientated_ - just like me. I appreciated that he handled my project just like it was his own home. Additionally, all of our personal belongings were carefully wrapped and packaged which prevented any further damage during the reconstruction process.

Please feel free to use me as a reference. I am typically very hesitant to make any endorsement, however, in this case with outstanding service it is highly warranted.

I want to drop you a note to extend a hardy thank you, from wife and I, for the excellent and prompt service.

The team was indeed impressive. They gave us help right away. The work done was amazing. All of the equipment that was carted in and out of our basement was impressive.

Getting the wet carpet up, the damaged sheetrock off, the removal of shelves, sinks stands, etc. had to be a lot of work. The further clean up of actually spray washing everything down and sealing the involved areas was done in a thorough fashion.

The follow up to check on the equipment being employed to dry things out was conscientiously done.

When sewage backs up into a person's home it is obvoiusly a very upsetting time for the homeowners. You went a long ways in making us feel comfortable that it was "not the end of the world" and you could take care of it. I must add that the cost was exactly what you told us it would be.

If there are any Olympic gold medals for champion clean up team this team would certainly get it. Thanks again.

I want to express my appreciation to Archer Cleaning and Restoration for all the hard work on my claim Sept 2011. From the first call/ visit on September 13, 2011 when my house was flooded until the very last item was completed to my satisfaction, Archer was wonderful to work with. Anytime someone calls Archer, it is usually due to some sort of home 'disaster' and these situations are very stressful for the homeowner. My first contact with Brian and Norm that night was so positive and I knew I had called the right company to help. Gene was my estimator that came for the initial assessment and I was reassured that Archer would look out for my best interest. I was so happy with these men and the service I got that I knew that I would be having them do all my restoration.

Everyone in the office - Jennifer , Christine and Ann were there to answer questions.  Jennifer was always keeping in contact with me every step of the way, calling to find out about concerns, questions and making sure I was satisfied with the job Archer was doing. They were always so friendly, I felt like I was talking to friends. Never once did I feel like I was asking too much. Now in most situations not everything goes smoothly 100% of the time and my claim was no exception. Even though most of my issues had nothing to do with Archer employees, Archer addressed each and every one on my concerns and ALWAYS made sure things were done to my satisfaction.  I never felt that any of my concerns/ issues were too small to address.

I can not thank Archer enough for standing by me every step of the way. It is reassuring to know that Archer is still standing beside me even long after the close of my claim. Knowing that if there are issues that arise from the work that was done, Archer is a phone call away, makes me know I made the right decision in using Archer!! Even though it was a stressful time, I can honestly say that I enjoyed working with everyone from Archer. It is refreshing, in this time, to have a company go above and beyond the customer service they showed me. I will be eternally grateful to everyone at Archer. I would not hesitate to recommend Archer to anyone that finds themselves in need.
